1. What This Covers
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out how you may use the ElystrumCore website at elystrumcore.ai — a marketing and information site for our AI integration and training services. It applies to everyone who visits the site or contacts us through it.
The site is a public marketing website. It does not offer user accounts, logins, or a hosted software platform — the only way it collects information from you is the consult form. By using the site you agree to this AUP, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.
2. Acceptable Use
You're welcome to use the site to:
- Read about our services, approach, and the industries we work in
- Contact us in good faith through the consult form or by email
- Link to our pages and share them
- Reference our public content with appropriate attribution
3. Prohibited Activities
When using this website, you must not:
- Scrape or harvest: use bots, crawlers, or other automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content from the site without our permission.
- Abuse the consult form: spam, flood, or otherwise misuse the consult form — including automated submissions, unsolicited advertising, or fraudulent enquiries.
- Probe or breach security: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, or scan, probe, or test them for vulnerabilities without our written permission. Disrupting the site — for example through denial-of-service attempts — is prohibited.
- Reverse-engineer: reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise try to extract the underlying source or structure of the site beyond what your browser does to display it normally.
- Misrepresent identity: impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent who you are when contacting us.
- Break the law: use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
4. How We Respond
If we detect activity that breaks this policy, we may block or rate-limit access to the site — for example, at our hosting or CDN layer — without notice. Where the law requires it, or where the conduct is serious, we may also report it to the relevant authorities.
Because the site is a static marketing website with no accounts, there is nothing to "suspend" — enforcement simply means restricting access and, where warranted, involving law enforcement.
5. Reporting Misuse
If you notice misuse of this website — abuse of the consult form, a security issue, or content that concerns you — please let us know at [email protected]. When you report a possible security issue, please give us reasonable time to look into it before disclosing it publicly, and don't exploit it in the meantime.
A short description and, where relevant, the URL or a screenshot helps us respond.
