Welcome to ElystrumCore ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide AI integration and training services for oil & gas construction. This is a marketing and services website — not a SaaS platform. There are no visitor accounts, logins, or dashboards, and we do not process payments here.

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through our consult form. This Privacy Policy explains what that information is, how we handle it, and the choices you have. By submitting the consult form, you consent to the practices described below.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Through the Consult Form

When you submit our consult form, we collect only the fields you enter:

• Name — so we can address our reply
• Email address — so we can respond to your inquiry
• Company (optional) — context for your request
• Role (optional) — context for your request
• Message — the free-text description of your workflow or need

That is the full list. We do not ask for payment details, we do not host user accounts, and there is nothing for you to upload or store on the site.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request metadata (such as your IP address and browser type) to serve the site over HTTPS and protect it from abuse. Beyond that, we run optional analytics and error monitoring only if you accept them in the cookie banner:

• Usage analytics — Google Analytics, only with your consent
• Error monitoring — Sentry, only with your consent

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the details from your consult form for one purpose:

• To read your message, respond to your inquiry, and follow up about our services

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not add you to marketing lists without your asking, and we do not sell or share it with advertisers, marketers, or data brokers.

3.1 Legal Basis (GDPR Principles)

For visitors in the EU/EEA, we rely on:

• Consent: you chose to submit the consult form and send us your message
• Legitimate interest: responding to a business inquiry you initiated

4. Third Parties We Rely On

We do not sell your personal information. We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site and deliver your message:

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and TLS encryption in transit
• Resend — transactional email delivery for the consult form

When you submit the consult form, it posts to a small mailer relay that hands the message to Resend, which delivers it to our operator inbox. Your message is emailed to us — it is not stored in a product database.

Optionally, and only if you accept them in the cookie banner:

• Google Analytics — aggregate usage statistics
• Sentry — error monitoring to help us fix site problems

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights and safety, but given how little we hold, this is a remote scenario.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Under PIPEDA, and consistent with the principles of the GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:

• Access: ask what information from your consult submission we still hold
• Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate details
• Deletion: ask us to delete your message and contact details
• Withdraw consent: ask us not to keep or act on your submission
• Complain: raise a concern with your local privacy regulator

Because the only thing we hold is the email you sent us, exercising any of these is simple — email [email protected] and we will act on your request. You can also decline analytics and error-monitoring cookies at any time through the cookie banner.

6. Data Security

We keep security proportionate to how little data we handle:

• Encryption in transit: the site and consult form are served over HTTPS/TLS via Cloudflare
• Minimal collection: we only ever hold the details you put in the consult form
• Minimal retention: your message lives in an email inbox, not a product database
• No sensitive categories: we do not ask for payment, health, or other sensitive data

No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so while we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We keep your consult message in our inbox for as long as it takes to respond and to have any reasonable follow-up conversation about your inquiry. When it is no longer needed — or whenever you ask — we delete it. To request deletion, email [email protected].

8. Children's Privacy

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information through the consult form, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and post the new version here. Because we do not hold visitor accounts, there is no mailing list to notify — please check back if you want the current terms.
