Earned value, and welds billed against what QC accepted
The real earned-value formulas running in your browser on a sample project. Adjust progress and watch SPI, CPI and the forecast move — then see the weld-inches billed reconciled against what NDE actually accepted.

What this demo is — and isn't
- Runs the real earned-value formulas (PV = budget×planned%, EV = budget×%complete, SPI = EV/PV, CPI = EV/AC, EAC = BAC/CPI) in your browser on a synthesized project — not a recorded animation.
- The weld-inch reconciliation compares QC-earned diameter-inches (NDE-accepted) to billed diameter-inches and flags over- or under-billing — the platform’s discipline of "compare two independent numbers and flag the gap, never silently fix it" (Evidence Gate + change-order tie-out).
- A weld-inch here is a diameter-inch (DI = nominal pipe size per weld, PFI TB-10) — the effort/billing basis — not π×OD weld length.
- Production derives % complete from duration-weighted schedule or field production (welds earned only on NDE-accept), and pulls actual cost + billing from live LEM/invoice feeds. This demo uses budget-weighted % complete and static synthesized inputs; all values are illustrative, no client or invoice data.
