What this demo is — and isn't
- Runs the real WPS-qualification + NDE-coverage checks in your browser on a synthesized (non-client) fabrication package — not a recorded animation.
- The production engine also enforces welder qualification/continuity, MTR heat-chain completeness, MTR chemistry guardrails, and client compliance rule-packs — those are out of scope here.
- This planner assigns NDE at 100% by weld type (butt→RT, socket/fillet→PT); it is not statistical service-class spot-RT selection.
- All spool, WPS, heat, and inspector identifiers here are invented. No client data.
